Once deported man facing new charges
Stamford police say a man already deported from the country once now faces new charges for crimes in the city.
Police arrested Oscar Figueroa, 30, Saturday morning.
They say he was carrying a gun and threatening tenants at his apartment building on Lafayette Street because of a dispute over loud music.
Police say Figueroa was deported in 2011.
