Bridgeport drowning victim's family sues Ansonia, Seymour
A Bridgeport man is reportedly suing the town of Seymour and the city of Ansonia in the drowning death of his son.
Police say 20-year-old George Ortiz's body was found in Fountain Lake after he went swimming with friends two years ago.
The Connecticut Post reports Eddie Ortiz accuses both municipalities of negligence for not posting warning signs or employing lifeguards around the lake that borders both Seymour and Ansonia.
