Body of NY man recovered in apparent drowning incident at Pound Ridge Lake

A New York man is dead after Stamford fire officials recovered his body from a lake.



Pound Ridge police say Alejandro Limon-Garcia fell out of his canoe Thursday while installing an irrigation pump system.



Officials say Limon-Garcia then struggled and drowned.



Stamford police and fire officials assisted a dive team to locate and recover the body about an hour later.
