A Bridgeport man has been formally charged with murder in connection with a 5-year-old cold case.
Billy Ray Jones went before a judge this morning.
Jones was arrested earlier this month for allegedly killing 29-year-old Michael Williams at the Greene Homes Housing Complex in 2010.
Police say several witnesses have come forward to claim Jones was the man who pulled the trigger.
