State police are looking into an eye-catching incident that caused a bit of a backup on I-95 during rush hour this morning.
A viewer sent News 12 Connecticut a picture of what appears to be a naked man sitting on top of a car on the side of the highway.
News 12 Connecticut is told he was spotted on the southbound side of I-95 between exits 43 and 45 in West Haven.
Police say the man is now in custody and is expected to be transported to a medical facility for evaluation.
