Milford motorcycle ride honors fallen Marine

The biking community in Milford came together Sunday afternoon to remember a man who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Milford native Jordan Pierson, a U.S. Marine, was killed in action nearly nine years ago.

Since then, community members have gathered almost every year to pay tribute him.

A motorcycle ride was held Sunday from Milford to Woodbridge and back again to pay tribute to the fallen Marine.

All proceeds from the ride will benefit the U.S Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, which helps the children of Marines attend school.
