Police: Man attempted to smoke crack during traffic stop

A Norwalk man is facing drug charges after police say he tried to lure women to his car while smoking a crack pipe.

Police say 30-year-old John Rodas drove up to the two women Tuesday and told them to get into his car.

Police say when officers pulled over the suspect's car, Rodas raised a lighter to his crack pipe and put it in his mouth.

They say Rodas is charged with possession of narcotics and interfering with an officer.
