Work on a bridge in Weston has been giving business owners trouble attracting customers, they say.
The bridge on Cobbs Mill Road is expected to take several weeks to repair.
At the Cobbs Mill Inn, management is offering extra specials to try and convince potential customers to arrive by a long detour route.
The redirected drive adds an additional 2 to 3 miles, says Todd Bucaro, a manager at the inn.
The work on the bridge could also affect school bus routes once classes begin in September.
