Officials ID man who fell off I-95 overpass in Norwalk

Norwalk officials have identified the man who died after falling off of an I-95 overpass.
Officials say 24-year old Isaul Euceda Alcantrara was found dead in the street on West Avenue just before 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Officials say Alcantara was originally from Honduras but had been living in Norwalk with family members for a number of years.
