Stamford resident finds robber in home

Stamford police want the public's help tracking down a car and a driver that are believed to be involved in a home burglary.

They say a homeowner on Cummings Point Road found a man inside their home on Monday morning.

Police say the man ran out of the house and jumped into a car.

They say it is believed to be a Nissan Sentra with a missing bumper and a sticker on the driver's side window.

Anyone with information should contact the Stamford Police Department (203) 977-4444.
