State releases plan to widen CT highways

Officials are hoping to ease traffic jams on Connecticut's highways.



The state released a $100 billion plan to widen I-84 and I-95.



State officials say the Merritt Parkway won't have many changes. They plan to add an interchange with a local road.



Officials say the public will have the chance to weigh in on the changes.
