Malloy calls pope visit 'inspiring and enlightening'

Gov. Dannel Malloy saying seeing the pope in person in Washington, D.C. was "inspiring and enlightening."



The Catholic governor was invited to attend the State Arrival Ceremony at the nation's capitol yesterday.



Malloy also later attended the pope's Mass at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
