83-year-old man dies in Westport crash
Westport police say an 83-year-old man is dead after a three-car accident that shut down the Post Road East.
Police identified the driver as Harry Engle, of Westport.
The accident happened around 10 a.m. on Post Road East near Crescent Road.
Police say the two other drivers involved were not hurt.
Officers closed the Post Road for about three hours, but it has since been reopened.
