Police: Greenwich man exposed himself near NY school
A man from Greenwich faces charges today after police say he exposed himself near a high school in New York.
Police in Port Chester say they arrested Humberto Garcia-Palacio yesterday for exposing himself three times in the area of Port Chester High School.
They say they're looking to see if there were any other incidents.
