News 12 has a happy update to share about a Stamford girl who hit a roadblock in her plan to bake cupcakes for a cancer fundraiser.
Eight-year-old Daniela Delgado and her parents started the group "Daniela's Little Wish" to help kids.
They planned to bake 300 cupcakes to raise money for sick kids, but later learned they'd have to use a commercially licensed kitchen to do so.
After airing their story, Daniela's mom says the Emanuel Episcopal Church in Wilton stepped forward and volunteered the use of its kitchen for Daniela's effort.
