Police in Redding are reminding everyone about a road closure starting today.
Parts of Route 53 and Poverty Hollow Road will be closed as crews replace a bridge over the Saugatuck River.
Officials say the state moved up the timetable for the project in order to give crews time to finish before the start of the new school year.
