A man from Orange is facing several charges for punching a police officer during a reckless driving arrest.
Police say they arrested Frank Bontempo yesterday after he sped through a red light.
They say Bontempo stopped, then fled the scene in his car and hit a police vehicle.
While they were arresting him, they say he punched an officer in the face. The officer was not hurt.
