State lawmakers overturn string of Gov. Dannel Malloy's vetoes
For the first time since Gov. Dannel Malloy took office more than five years ago, the General Assembly has overturned his vetoes.
On Monday, lawmakers in the House and Senate voted to bring back three bills.
The bills concern employee compensation for some workers in the State Treasury, regulations on small businesses and funding for Medicaid recipients.
Malloy has not commented.
