Police offer $50,000 reward to solve cold case
A $50,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to a conviction in a 10-year-old cold case.
Laray Moore, or Norwalk, was shot and killed on this day back in 2006 in the Roodner Court Housing Complex. He was gunned down in his car, right in front of his young son.
Officers say they still haven't found the killer. But they say in the last decade, they have never stopped investigating. 
News 12 spoke with the family today. They say they are desperate for answers.
His family says they know there are people out there who know what happened that night.
They're hoping someone will have the courage to come forward and give police new information that can help them solve the case.
