CT mourners honor LA, MN, TX shooting victims

Communities around southwestern Connecticut came together Friday night to remember the victims of a deadly attack in Dallas.

New Vision International Ministries in Bridgeport expanded a previously scheduled service meant to honor the victims of police-involved shootings in Louisiana and Minnesota to also include the police members shot and killed by a sniper in Texas.

The pastor described the vigil as a spirit-led town hall meeting, where people could grieve and express their frustrations.

In Norwalk, St. Thomas the Apostle Church celebrated a special Mass for the same victims.
