Woman injured in Bridgeport truck crash

Bridgeport police say a woman was injured when the truck she was riding in crashed into two parked cars Sunday morning.



It happened around 3:30 a.m. on Goldenrod Avenue.



Police say the driver of the truck hit the cars and then a tree. They say the driver then walked away from the scene, leaving the woman in the truck.



Officers say the woman was taken to a hospital, but the extent of her injuries is not known at this time.
