Ex-Bridgeport substitute teacher charged with assaulting teen

A former long-term substitute at Harding High School in Bridgeport is being held on $75,000 bond for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year-old male student.

Police say Robert-Seaga Johnson was arrested yesterday at his home.

Investigators say Johnson had sexual contact with the victim in a classroom in March.

Johnson, who was contracted by an outside company, is no longer working at Harding High School.
