Police say two women were arrested on prostitution charges at the Nirvana spa in Norwalk.
Authorities say they were tipped off about alleged prostitution activities occurring in the spa on Main Street, prompting an undercover operation.
The undercover operation led to the arrest of Meilan Huang and Seong Hae Kim. Both women are from Flushing, New York.
Huang faces charges of prostitution and conducting massage therapy without a license. Kim is facing charges of prostitution and permitting prostitution.
