Man accused in Cheshire home invasion no longer appealing conviction
One of two men who killed a mother and her two daughters in the Cheshire home invasion is no longer appealing his conviction.
Steven Hayes dropped his appeal yesterday.



Hayes told a judge he's guilty and gave up his attempt to get a new trial.
