Residents in Greenwich say field strikes out

A new Wiffle ball park put together by kids in Greenwich has some neighbors crying foul.

The park was scheduled to be shuttered this weekend, but has been given a reprieve by the town until Wednesday.

The neighbors, who would not speak on record, have wanted the field to be razed. They say that along with the field has come noise and traffic.

Neighborhood residents also say the field was created on town land without permission.

?I understand that some of the neighbors would wish this didn't exist,? says one supporter about the Little Field of Dreams on Riverside Lane.

The kids and their parents have started a petition and are still hopeful the town will ultimately see the disagreement their way.
