After a series of delays, a judge ruled Monday that a former priest who stole more than $1 million from his parish must start serving his prison sentence as scheduled.Rev. Michael Fay requested the delays so he could continue to receive experimental cancer treatments. Twice his requests were granted, but in the latest hearing the federal judge reportedly ruled that Fay has failed to prove ?any medical rationale? for another delay.Fay pleaded guilty last December to stealing the money from St. John Roman Catholic Church. He will begin serving his 37-month sentence in a North Carolina prison on July 8.
