Many southwestern Connecticut residents headed outdoors Tuesday to enjoy a tiny taste of spring before old man winter returns to the region.
Some people headed to Calf Pasture Beach in Norwalk to take advantage of the near-60-degree weather. Some at the beach said they would like to skip winter altogether and keep the warmer spring-like temperatures.
Many parents said the warm temps were just too good to ignore.
?The kids get out of the house, they don?t get cabin fever and the moms don?t go nuts,? Norwalk parent Maria Grief said.
Just last week, the temperatures in the area were hovering in the single digits. Meteorologists predict the temperatures will get colder by next week.
