Police are searching for the suspect in a Christmas Day shooting in Norwalk.
Authorities say the fatal shooting happened around 11 p.m. at the Roodner Court housing complex on Ingalls Avenue, where a man was found lying face down in the hallway of building 13.
A man called the News 12 Connecticut newsroom saying he was Norwalk boxer Travis Simms and that the victim was his brother. However, Norwalk Police Chief Harry Rilling would not confirm that claim. He said police are not releasing the identity of the victim at this time.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Norwalk Police Department at (203)854-3000.
