Fairfield resident: Garbage man tried to intimidate me

A Fairfield resident says a local garbage man tried to intimidate her into paying an overdue bill.
Lynn D?Eramo-Ortiv says she had every intention of paying the $148 she owed CMR Carting since July. However, garbage man Chris Raimann says every time he called to remind Ortiv, she would hang up on him.
Raimann admits that on Wednesday he dumped loads of garbage onto Ortiv?s driveway. Ortiv says the pile was at least 6 feet high and argues there was a better way to handle the situation.
?If you think I?m hanging up on you, knock on the door, leave me a note in my mailbox, anything ? but don?t play Tony Soprano and try to intimidate and strong arm me,? Ortiv said.
?I never got paid. She got a new Porsche, new dogs. She?s got a new house,? Raimann said. ?She can?t pay a $200 bill??
Raimann was given a fine for littering and forced to clean up the mess. He says he hopes this was an embarrassing lesson to learn.
Ortiv says she plans on pressing charges for criminal trespassing.
