Police warn Westport drivers to 'Click It or Ticket'

Drivers traveling through Westport should buckle up as police start the latest ?Click It or Ticket? program.

In addition to seat belt enforcement, the Westport Police Department will also be on the lookout for drivers talking on cell phones. Police will target certain intersections at specific times, however, they?re not providing any details.

Police roll out the ?Click It or Ticket? program several times a year, especially during the holidays when additional traffic is expected.

Fines range from $37 to $100.
