Police have identified the man found shot to death behind a Bridgeport apartment building.
Police say 40-year-old Thomas B. Jefferson, of Stratford, was shot three times in the head. Jefferson, who police say had a history of drug-related convictions, was found Sunday morning lying face down behind the building on Beatrice Street.
Police say witnesses are slowly coming forward, but they have no motive or suspects yet.
