Motorcycle crash claims life of Stamford man

A wife and mother is left searching for answers after her husband was killed in a motorcycle crash in Stamford Saturday.
Police say 42-year-old Jerry McKeoun had been riding a motorcycle not far from his home when a minivan turned in front of him into a parking lot. More specific details of the crash are not known. Police say McKeoun was pronounced dead at Stamford Hospital.
?He wasn't just another motorcycle statistic, he wasn't doing anything stupid. He was just coming home to his family and I want to know what happened. I just want to know what happened,? McKeoun?s wife Jessica says.
Stamford police say speed wasn't a factor but are investigating to see if charges could be filed. They are also looking for witnesses and urge anyone who has information about the crash to call them at 203-977-4712.
