FEMA to assess southwestern CT storm damage

Financial help could soon be on the way for residents hurt in what is being called the worst flooding in Connecticut in 20 years.
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) members set up Thursday in Hartford and will be in the area Monday.
