Flying bullets create confusion in Norwalk

Shots flew Thursday afternoon in Norwalk resulting in one hospitalization and a lot of confusion. The shooting happened around 2 p.m. near the corner of Grove Street and Monterey Place. One witness says she heard about eight shots ring out, but police say they received conflicting reports. Police still trying to piece the crime scene together say it seems as if two people driving by saw the man was shot and tried to take the victim to the hospital before he collapsed by their car. Police say they are looking for at least two suspects but no arrests have been made. The condition of the victim and the number of times he was shot is unknown.
