By Friday, however, residents were racing out to stock up on food, rock salt, shovels and other items. The storm is also forcing people to stock up for St. Patrick's Day in case the roads are too dangerous Friday night. The owners of O'Neill's Pub in Norwalk say they will have snow removal crews out early on Saturday so their guests will be safe.
