Caterers brace for Cos Cob holiday business boon

A Cos Cob catering business is working overtime to meet the demands of the busy holiday season.

Some Villarina Catering employees say they?re working on as little as five hours of sleep. One employee arrived at 5 a.m. Sunday to prepare dishes.

Workers say they ensure freshness by starting dishes hours before they?re picked up. It?s a practice customers say they appreciate.
