Stratford shoppers make holiday wishes come true for needy children

Dozens of shoppers have been dropping off gifts for needy children at KB Toy Works in Stratford. Connecticut State Police Troop G and American Medical Response collect thousands of toys each year, and this year was no exception. Over the past two days, shoppers have been donating money and toys, which will be given to children at local schools, shelters and hospitals a few days before Christmas. Anyone wishing to donate can also drop off items at Troop G located at 149 Prospect St. in Bridgeport.
