U.S. Women's Basketball team to play in Bridgeport against Canada

Some of the best female basketball players in the world are heading to Bridgeport's Webster Bank Arena this fall.



The U.S. women's basketball team will play Canada in an exhibition game Sep. 15.



UConn women's basketball coach Geno Auriemma is also head coach of the U.S. Team.



He says the game will be a good warm up for the World Championships in Turkey.



A number of former UConn players are on the U.S. national women's basketball team, including Diana Taurasi and Maya Moore.
