A New Canaan man has been charged with bringing a gun to JFK Airport.
Police say they stopped the man from bringing his gun through the security checkpoint yesterday morning.
Officials say the man told them that he forgot that he had the gun with him in his carry-on bag.
They say the gun was confiscated and TSA agents arrested the man.
They say he was trying to catch a flight to Aruba.
