A stuck truck on the Hutchinson Parkway caused some big backups this morning.
A tractor-trailer hit the King Street bridge on the New York border where the Hutch meets the Merritt Parkway.
For several hours, all lanes on the northbound side were closed and the southbound side had rubber necking delays.
One lane was reopened to traffic at around 6:30 a.m.
