Teen girls assaulted in Stamford

Stamford police are investigating after two teenage girls were attacked while walking to their cars after seeing a movie.

Investigators say the attacks happened last week on Tresser Boulevard.

They say the victims, who are from Darien, were attacked by two other girls and one of the victims was severely cut in the face.

Police say a Good Samaritan helped stop the attacks.
