Fans of classic soap operas and residents of Weston are mourning the loss of one the genre's most recognizable actors.
The family of Charles Keating says the 72-year-old died at home Friday after a three-year battle with lung cancer.
Keating is perhaps best known for his role in the 1990s as Carl Hutchins on "Another World" and his trademark pony-tailed silver hair.
Keating was also a classically trained actor who starred in dozens of Shakespeare productions.
