A new kind of construction is being used to build a house in Connecticut.
Architect Leigh Overland is using Insulating Concrete Form, or ICF, to build a castle-like house in New Canaan. The ICF process has been around for decades, but Overland says it's new to Connecticut.
Blocks made from the same material as styrofoam coolers are stacked on top of each other before they are filled with concrete and steel. The walls are then finished with a limestone exterior. Overland says the construction can last for centuries.
