West Nile diagnosed in Stamford
State health officials say a Stamford resident is the second in Connecticut to test positive for West Nile Virus.
That person was hospitalized but is now recovering at home.
This comes as Greenwich officials said this week that mosquitoes caught in the town this month tested positive for the disease.
