Police: Knifepoint robber linked robbery at Bohemia Baskin Robbins

Police say the knifepoint robber has struck again, for the 16th time.
According to police, the incident happened at a Baskin Robbins on Sunrise Highway in Bohemia.
Police say a man with a knife walked into the store just before 9 p.m. Wednesday and ordered the clerk to hand over cash. The employee cooperated.
Police say the robbery fits the pattern of the knife-wielding bandit who has hit 10 times in Nassau County and now six times in Suffolk.
According to police, the quality of the surveillance tapes has made it difficult to get a positive identification. Police say the suspect covers his face every time he attempts a robbery.
No one has been hurt during any of the robberies, police say.
A $10,000 reward is now being offered for any information leading to an arrest.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
