Adoption event helps adult cats find homes

A Westport cat rescue and Norwalk veterinarians teamed up Sunday to help get adult cats adopted.



An adoption event for Stray and Others was held at A Cat's Place on Westport Avenue.



Many families want kittens but organizers say adopting an adult cat can be a lot less work than raising a kitten.



They say one 7-year-old cat in particular named Molly is nervous at adoption events and often overlooked.
