Pedestrians walk with caution after snowstorm freezes over

Pedestrians in Norwalk are making sure they're cautious while walking in the slick and icy aftermath of Tuesday's snowstorm.

"Just the sleet, it made it difficult with all the ice and after with the wind it just froze," says Jessica Garcia. "We are managing, we are getting from place to place."

Officials say nearly 20,000 Americans a year are killed by falls, and that many more are injured.

News 12 meteorologists say temperatures are expected to rise heading into the weekend, with snow showers expected on Saturday.
