Stamford PD: Convicted felon Deandre Greene fired gun into air on Clark Street

A convicted felon allegedly fired shots into the air on a busy downtown Stamford street over the weekend, police say.
Deandre Greene, a 28-year-old Waterbury man, allegedly unloaded his gun while standing within a crowd on Clark Street early Sunday morning. The area is generally bustling due to popular bars and restaurants.
Police say Greene may have been drinking at the Glamour Bar on Main Street earlier in the night.
No one was injured, and Greene was arrested a short while later. As a convicted felon, he is not allowed to carry a gun.
He is being held on $350,000 bond and is due back in court on June 7.
Earlier this month am unrelated shooting on the city's West Side left a man critically injured.
