Second arrest made in connection with last month’s violent robbery at Milford Motel 6
A second arrest is made in connection with a violent robbery at a motel last month in Milford.
Abimnel Mangual was allegedly one of three men who tied-up a man and robbed him at the Motel 6 on Schoolhouse Road.
Jacqueline Steck, 18, is already charged with "setting up" the victim and the accused attackers to get into the man’s room.
Police say Steck knew the victim who often stays at a Motel 6 in Milford off of I-95.
According to authorities, on the morning of April 12, Steck called the victim and asked if she could stop by his room. Surveillance video apparently shows Steck showing up to the room with three men who forced their way in.
Authorities say the victim was eventually able to get himself free and call police.
Police say all the suspects will be facing significant prison time.
