Forecast: Temps in the 60s overnight; mostly cloudy Wednesday

New Jersey saw mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the upper-80s Tuesday.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that conditions for the overnight hours could turn cloudy with temperatures dipping into the 60s.

Wednesday is expected to be mainly cloudy, with periods of partial sunshine. Temperatures should be in the upper-70s and low-80s. Scattered rain showers are expected late in the day.

Thursday should see mainly cloudy skies in the morning, followed by increased sunshine for the afternoon. Temperatures should reach the 80s.

Friday should be mainly sunny with temperatures in the mid-70s.

Curren says that the weekend is looking to see mostly cloudy skies with a chance of rain.
